Spiritual Events in Arizona and Utah
I hold gatherings across Arizona and Utah for people who stopped looking for spirituality in ideas alone and started looking for it in the body. Breath, movement, sound, fire, circle. Rooms where you leave with your nervous system in a different place than where you walked in.
Where it all comes from
Everything I hold traces back to the same foundation, live with the earth’s rhythm instead of against it, and let the elements do what talking can’t. I wrote that framework down in my workbook, The Art of Regulated Presence, and these gatherings are one of the places it actually gets practiced instead of just read.
What I hold
Primal movement workshops are the one I return to most. A room, music, and permission to move the way your body actually wants to instead of the way it’s been trained to. I draw on years of ballet, contemporary, hula, and somatic movement, and every session starts with grounding and breath before we get anywhere near expression, because the body needs to feel safe before it opens.
Women’s gatherings are built around circle and honest conversation, sometimes with breathwork, sometimes with non-psychoactive plant allies like hapé or sananga to deepen presence. Some are one evening, and some stretch into a full day or a campout, with fire, shared food, and dancing barefoot once the sun goes down.
Sound and breathwork sessions use crystal bowls, gongs, and guided breath to help a nervous system actually settle instead of being told to relax. Couples and corporate gatherings draw from the same well but shape it differently, intimacy and presence for couples, trust and connection for teams.
Ceremony runs underneath most of what I hold, structured and intentional, built around the elements and the body rather than around performance. That shows up as fire rituals, seasonal gatherings, and space held around the transitions that actually matter in someone’s life.
Who comes to these
Most of the people who show up are already doing their own inner work, and they come looking for a room where that work has somewhere to move rather than someone to hand it to. Walking in for the first time doesn’t require prior practice or a spiritual resume. It asks for a willingness to be in your body, in a room with other people doing the same thing. None of this replaces therapy if that’s what you actually need, and I’m not a therapist.
If you want to go deeper on your own
Gatherings are where this work happens in a room. For people who want to keep working with it in their own life, most of my 1:1 time happens alongside someone actually moving through my workbook, The Art of Regulated Presence, rather than as a standalone service.
How to know what’s coming
I don’t run on a marketing calendar. Gatherings get announced when they’re actually ready to be held, not on a schedule built to keep a feed full. If you want to see what’s live right now, my events page has whatever’s currently open. If you want the fuller picture of everything I hold across circles, retreats, couples work, and corporate gatherings, that’s on Journies. And if you’d rather be told the moment something new opens instead of checking back, get on the list.
