Plant Medicine Integration Support

Something opened in ceremony, and now you’re home, and it’s still moving through you with nowhere to go. Or you have a ceremony ahead of you, and you want to walk in more prepared than you were the last time. Either way, this is integration work, and it happens in the body.

Where this work comes from

The tools I use for integration come out of the same foundation as everything else I hold, the nervous system framework in my workbook, The Art of Regulated Presence, and the earth-based, elemental practice underneath it. Living with the earth’s rhythm instead of fighting it, letting breath and ground and fire teach the body what it’s ready for, is the same principle whether someone is preparing for a ceremony or coming home from one.

What integration support actually is

I don’t hold or provide medicine ceremonies. What I offer is the somatic and ritual work around them, before a ceremony to help you arrive more grounded, and after to help you actually process what came up instead of letting it sit half digested. A ceremony can open something in an afternoon that takes months to metabolize if nobody helps the body catch up. That’s the gap this fills.

What a session looks like

Sessions are trauma-informed and body-based. We work with breath, movement, sensation, and ritual to help your nervous system catch up to what your mind and spirit already touched. Sometimes that means slowing everything down and tracking what’s still activated. Sometimes it means moving what’s stuck until it has somewhere to go. Much of my 1:1 work happens alongside people who are also working through my workbook, using it as the throughline for their own integration.

Who this supports

This is for people who worked with a ceremony or a plant medicine practitioner and are still carrying pieces of it. People preparing for an upcoming ceremony who want their nervous system ready instead of just their intention. People who’ve noticed the opening happened but the integration never did.

Before and after, not instead of

This work doesn’t replace guidance from your ceremony facilitator, and it isn’t therapy or a substitute for licensed mental health care. If you’re navigating something acute or in crisis, please reach out to a licensed provider. What I offer is the somatic ground between the ceremony and the rest of your life, the part that often gets skipped.

Virtual and in person

I work with people across Arizona and Utah, both virtually and in person. A lot of integration work actually happens well over video, since so much of it is about tracking sensation and pattern rather than being in a specific room.
