Ritual and Majick Practice in Arizona and Utah
If you’re looking for ritual work or majick practice with real structure behind it, not costume and candles, this is where I hold that. Everything here comes from the same place I teach in my workbook, live with the earth’s rhythm instead of against it, and let the elements teach your body how to settle, open, and move.
Where this work comes from
The Art of Regulated Presence is the nervous system workbook I wrote, and it’s the backbone underneath every ritual I hold. It’s built on one principle, containment before current, vessel before force. Ritual is that principle in practice. It’s how the earth and the elements actually get lived with instead of just talked about, and how a nervous system learns to hold real intensity instead of bracing against it or getting flooded by it.
What ritual means in my practice
Ritual, the way I practice it, is a structured moment of presence, an intentional conversation with the elements, a somatic opening, and a way of reshaping the field around you and remembering your own power. It’s the bridge between the physical and the unseen, built through breath, body, sensation, fire, symbol, and story, and it’s meant to create real change in someone rather than to look good on camera.
What a session usually includes
Every ritual I hold gets built for the specific person or group in front of me, but a few elements show up again and again.
Elemental work grounds most of it. Fire for transmutation, water for emotional clearing, earth for grounding, air for clarity, spirit for integration.
Somatic practice is the entry point rather than talking. Breath, movement, stillness, sound, and shape get us somewhere conversation can’t reach.
Intention setting gets stripped down to what’s actually true, not affirmations or positive thinking. What are you actually ready to release? What is your body actually ready to step into?
Breathwork and energy shaping open, soften, heat, or cool the body so the ritual has somewhere to settle.
Symbol and mythwork use imagery, objects, or story to anchor whatever shifted, so you leave with something to hold onto rather than just a feeling that fades by the next morning.
Plant allies are optional and never psychoactive. Hapé or sananga, when they’re part of a session, are there to clear the mind or deepen presence, nothing more.
Fire ritual, when it’s part of the work, means burning, offering, releasing, and sealing, done in a way that’s actually safe and grounded.
Integration closes every session. Ritual is only as real as what you do with it afterward, so we always end with grounding and practical steps instead of just walking away high on the experience.
The kinds of rituals I hold
- Release rituals, for letting go of old patterns, attachments, or relational residue
- Threshold rituals, for real transitions like birthdays, breakups, identity shifts, and new chapters
- Fire rituals, working directly with flame and heat
- Embodiment rituals, using sound, breath, and movement to activate a new part of yourself
- Tattoo rituals, where the tattoo itself becomes the ceremony and the symbol gets co-created with you
- Plant-assisted rituals, using hapé, sananga, or cacao, always non-hallucinogenic
- Private, fully custom ceremonies, built around whatever a person or small group actually needs
Who this is for
This tends to be for people who are stuck in patterns they can’t think their way out of, people who need real emotional or energetic clearing, people moving through a transition they can’t talk their way through, and people drawn to ceremony who want it grounded and trauma-informed instead of theatrical.
I want to be direct about one thing. I’m not a therapist, and ritual work isn’t a substitute for therapy if that’s what you actually need. This is a place to meet yourself honestly, using tools that have held up for a long time.
How 1:1 work happens
Most of my 1:1 work happens alongside people who are actually moving through my workbook, using the ritual and elemental practice in it as the throughline for their own process. If you want that principle broken down at the nervous system level before you ever step into a ritual, that’s what The Art of Regulated Presence teaches.
How to start
