ABOUT CEREMONY INK Ceremony Ink is a ritual initiatory experience where the art, the symbol, and the ceremony are all part of one transformational process. This is not a standard tattoo appointment. It is a journey into meaning, embodiment, and personal initiation. Your ceremony unfolds in three phases: 1. Consultation & Preparation (Multiple Calls) Before the tattoo day, we will have one to three consultation calls to: - get to know each other - explore what you’re stepping into - understand the deeper layer beneath your request - feel into resonance and readiness - ensure our energies align for ceremonial work These calls allow us to drop in slowly, build trust, and open the field for your symbol to reveal itself. 2. Symbol Creation Together, we will co-create the symbol that represents: - a transition - a threshold - an embodiment - a truth emerging - a shedding or initiation - or an archetype you’re ready to claim Once the symbol is created, you will be asked to meditate on it, sit with it, dream with it, and allow your body to form a relationship with it before the ceremony. Your symbol is a living transmission, and the meditation helps your system prepare. 3. Ceremony & Tattoo Your ceremony may include: - grounding - breathwork - somatic or emotional release - sound - prayer or intention - plant medicines (optional) - the tattooing process as the closing rite This is a slow, intentional ritual designed to honor both your body and your initiatory moment. PLANT MEDICINE CONSENT (Hapé, Sananga, Rapé, etc.) Plant medicines may be offered during the ceremony. These may include: - Hapé / Rapé (tobacco-based nasal snuff) - Sananga (medicinal eye drops) - other traditional plant allies appropriate to the intention These medicines may create physical or emotional responses, such as: - heat or cold - purging (emotional or physical) - crying or shaking - increased clarity - discomfort or intensity - temporary pressure in the head, chest, or face - catharsis - calm or grounding - emotional memories surfacing By participating, you understand that: - These plant medicines are optional. - You may decline any medicine at any time. - You are responsible for informing Rose of any health conditions or medications. - You are participating voluntarily and at your own discretion.
