Where She Is Now – Living as a Flame
Never been one to fit into the box, the edges are where she learns the most—where the heat rises, and the truth reveals itself. Her life has been a constant dance between discipline and wildness… from 16 years of ballet in Utah to creating full productions, to diving into Pilates, pole, aerial arts, fire performance, and sensual movement. Every stage, every class, every show has been an initiation—another way of learning her body, her power, and her voice.
For years, she traveled and performed across the U.S., blending the elegance of ballet with the raw, magnetic energy of circus arts. Now, her work is less about the spectacle and more about the transmission—how to create spaces that move people from the inside out, that break open what’s been closed, and invite a deeper embodiment of self.
The path of sensuality has been her greatest teacher, guiding her into energy work, trauma somatics, and Tantra—the path of direct experience. This is where she now lives and breathes: in the remembering that the divine is in everything, and in showing others how to feel it in their own skin.
She's learning, evolving, and guiding—helping people reclaim their bodies as sacred, release what they’ve carried for too long, and discover their own flame.
